Job Description

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and developers to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide for our products, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all platforms and devices.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design assets for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continually push our design capabilities forward.
• Actively participate in design critiques and workshops, sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.

Skills

• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross- functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and functional digital experiences.
• Experience in designing for accessibility and a strong understanding of usability best practices.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred. BFA & B.Des graduates will be given preference.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive projects forward without constant supervision or direction
